ADEN – The Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced increased official fees for trademark services.
The cited increase in Aden TMO are as follows:

| Publication of Validation of One’s TM registration | 0 | 30.000 |
| Official prior search and check | 5000 | 25000 |
| Publication fees for registration/renewal/recordals/assignment .. etc. | 107000 | 150000 |
| Publication fees of opposition | 80,000 | 100,000 |
The new official fees were announced on 28 April 2024, with immediate effect
Furthermore, another increase in respect of declaration of ownership of one TM registration is also applied as of 30 April 2024 for all IP matters such as filing new TM application/renewal/recordal and son, as follows:

| Attestation of PoA translation | – | 30000 |
| Declaration of ownership of one’s TM | 15000 | 30000 |
Such an increase shall be applied for all other IP matters such designs and patents.
