An increase on the official fees has been approved by the Russian Patent and Trademark office on specific legal actions pertaining to trademarks, industrial designs, patents and utility models.
It is worth mentioning that one of the key increments in the official fees is for attending a substantive examination for the patent applications (nearly 2.5 times).
Please note that the new official fees will be effective starting from August 1st, 2021.
